BEarena is currently seeking an experienced, customer focused, Level 2/3 support engineer for our Sydney CBD office, to complement the existing technical team.
The successful candidate will be technically strong in supporting virtualised infrastructure and Windows Server, with some knowledge in storage, backup and DR products.
The role will begin in the support team and will involve supporting and maintaining the BEarena Managed Service offerings (FlexDR/Office 365) over the phone, remotely and occasionally in person. Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving experience and communication is a must!
BEarena will provide training where appropriate to enable the successful candidate to meet all the requirements in this specification. The ideal candidate would have a desire to fast track their careers into a Systems Engineer / Consultant position.

Qualifications – Australian University Degree
The candidate must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/postgraduate degree at an Australian University. The scholarship amount for 12 months full-time is $38,000 tax-free for undergraduates and $42,000 for postgraduates.
