What is an internship like at IBM?

What type of intern programs do you have?
Interns are placed in IBM full time for 6 or 12 months, and are selected based on current university performance, aptitude and potential. Part-time internships may be considered depending on roles and availability.

Where are the roles based?
Sydney: CBD, St. Leonards, West Pennant Hills and Client site.
Melbourne: CBD, Southbank, Ballarat and Client site.
Other: Canberra, Bathurst, Adelaide and Brisbane.

Interested? To be eligible you must:

Be an Australian Citizen or permanent residency visa holder
Be enrolled in a tertiary degree at a University in Australia
Be prepared to defer your study and be available to work full time during your internship
Have a strong academic record, ie. credit average (60% or above)
Less than 2 years relevant work experience
