    Initially commencing your role on our support desk, you will learn our Fast Track Communications processes and procedures for dealing with our customer support and Level 1 engineering requests.     Day to Day responsibilities

    • The tasks for this role would include but would not be limited to the following:
    • Answer the Support line and monitor the Support and Service email addresses
    • Raise a job for the customer reported problem / request
    • Provide level 1 support to resolve the problem if possible. If the problem cannot be resolved assign an engineer.
    • Provide the raised job details to the customer
    • Create an entry in the calendar for the engineer providing full details and attaching any documents provided by the customer
    • Once notified by the engineer that the job has been completed, update the job details and invoice the customer if appropriate
    • Ensure invoicing is completed once jobs are resolved and if jobs are outstanding at the end of the month roll into the next month
    • Monitor the jobs regularly to ensure they are being completed and customers are being notified
    • For service jobs co-ordinate contractors to complete works as required
    • Place and/ or track orders with vendors as required
    • Schedule engineer' time if requested by project manager
    • Ensure engineers are creating calendar entries for the work they are doing
    • Schedule upgrades with customers and engineers for Mitel and Zultys systems as required
