Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain procedural and technical documentation.
  • Provide support for setting up ICT systems - installing, configuring, migrating and upgrading software, through to assembling, configuring and maintaining hardware.
  • Hands-on deployment and repair of hardware equipment in remote locations via phone assistance from level 2 and 3 staff.
  • Provide support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of hardware and software logged through a ticket system.
  • Liaise with internal customers, via telephone and email.
  • Guide non-technical users through step-by-step solutions and instructions.
  • Independent research finding technical solutions to business process issues.
  • Assist software developers with regex scripting

Required Skills:

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexible in nature and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Help Desk call response, logging and classification.
  • Application troubleshooting and problem resolution.
