The ICT Support Analyst is an important member of the ICT Team providing first class support to internal customers and supporting most corporate systems. Support within the ACS consists of an externally managed service desk and the internal level 3 support professionals. Who working together are responsible for supporting around 80 internal customers across 8 offices in Australia. The Australian Computer Society has been investing in leading technology and this position plays an important role in providing feedback to the team on various issues and customer feedback.
The IT Helpdesk Analyst is a passionate individual that CARES about, and COMMUNICATES well with people. They will enjoy the daily interaction with customers and will work well, with both our externally managed service desk and the internal IT team. They will provide timely updates in a highly professional manner and strive on a daily basis to provide the upmost quality of support to their customers.

This role reports to the Infrastructure Systems Administrator. The IT Helpdesk Analyst will also work closely with our external service desk provider and take instruction from ACS IT team members as required.
Scholarship amount for 3 days per week for 6 months part time is $9600. Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents and must be studying an IT degree from an Australian University.
