We are building a new NBN carrier business. The NBN Project Administrator is a critical role that will manage multiple assignments at any given time in support of the NBN migration project. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project requirements. Drive project deliverables with stakeholders to ensure highest levels of efficiency, governance and Personal Accountable Service (PAS)delivering Results through Collaboration with Customers, Colleagues and Vendors that makes a Difference.

Core duties include: 

• Shared inbox management
• Update of migration records
• Customer engagement to (email and phone)
• Validate site addresses
• Confirm service use
• Confirm site contact
• Respond to general migration queries

• Simple solution design

The role liaises with the Migration Planning Team, to ensure appropriate management of escalations that may include internal and external customers, carriers, suppliers and the customer.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken

Desired Experience/Business Skills: 

• Highly organised
• Attention to detail
• Customer service experience preferred

Financials and Prerequisites

Scholarship amount for 12 months’ full time is $34,000 tax-free. Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents currently studying/enrolled (must have completed atleast 2 semesters) in an IT degree from an Australian University in order to receive scholarship payments if offered the scholarship.

This role is full-time at 38 hours per week Monday - Friday, but will accept part-time basis (4 days a week) until the end of current semester.
