The major responsibilities of the role include:
Liaise with business units and technical stakeholders to analyse and understand business/systems requirements and solve complex problems
Preparation of key project documentation such as business requirements document, functional specifications, report specifications, change control and user guides
Acting as a first point of call for information requests related to projects
Co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing with end users and project team members across Australia and New Zealand
Preparation and execution of test plans.
Preparation of training guides and end user documentation
Undertake regular operational tasks with the flexibility to switch between project and operational work at a moment's notice
Working on multiple projects at any one time will also be a fundamental day to day activity
The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of the project development lifecycle and analysis of our client's future requirements.
The key selection criteria for this position are as follows:
Advanced written and oral skills in the English language.
Proven documentation skills for IT Projects
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Any knowledge of SQL reporting, Business Intelligence Reporting or relational databases would be advantageous
Any knowledge of ERP systems such as Navison would be advantageous
Experience with software testing, preparation of test plans and / or functional requirements would be highly regarded

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from an Australian University, graduated no earlier than 2016.
The salary amount is $44,464.45 including superannuation p.a. for 12 months full-time.
