About Us

­­CSR Connect is an agile software development team within CSR to deliver customer excellence through an online portal, mobile channels and other engagement streams. We focus on delivering value to the customer by collaboration, engagement and validation, the team is a mixture of full stack seniors and has been established for just under five years, in that time we have experimented with Scrum, Kanban and elected for a model that encompasses the best of both, a mixed mindset is what we look for in applicants, or at least the try, fail fast learn and move forward motto.


The Role

We are looking for an individual to fill a dynamic opportunity that’s an emerging role within the industry, one that provides flexibility and engages in the best software development and test practices within the industry.

This requires an individual with a proficient level of software developer, test automation development, along with diagnostic and business analysis to identify gaps in proposed features, bugs, code quality, working with all senior developers to ensure we have coverage for testing but also where possible enhancing the platform via front end and back end coding practices.



As this is a composite role the level of development, test automation and release management, the company reserves the right to modify and revise job descriptions as business needs/team changes dictate.


Essential Job Functions

  • Develop functional cross stack JavaScript/Angular, MVC, and C# code follows all development best practices, aligns itself to the OWASP principles and will not introduce unexpected regression.
  • Peer Review and have your code Peer Reviewed with developers in the team
  • Ensure all new features have unit, integration, automation test cases.
  • If something is broken or could be done better, shout out about it and own making things better.
  • Be a champion of excellence in the automation framework standards etc
  • Understand complex business requirements, functionality to be developed and propose best practice architecture/solutions.

This scholarship amounts to $38,000 for undergraduate students and $42,000 for Postgraduate students, both tax-free at 12 months full time.
