Reseau is a small to medium size managed services company with a strong focus on delivering exceptional services to their clients.
The Service Desk and IT Support Intern will be the first point of call for the service desk, to assist their clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues. The intern will have to create a ticket for each call and accurately record the time taken whilst working on the ticket. They will need to ensure all steps to resolve are recorded in the ticket and create documentation on issues as required.

Studying towards a degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology / Information Systems or similar
This scholarship amounts to $17,000 (tax free) for an Undergraduate working 37.5 hours for 6 months.
