CBD currently have an exciting opportunity for a Beginner to the IT industry or IT enthusiast to join a rapidly expanding team in a business development and consulting role in delivering Telstra suite of complex data solutions coupled with Unified Communications Solutions to business customers.
We are currently seeking a Level 1 Support Engineer Intern to join our IT & Projects team. The core focus is to provide internal and external support for all IT related matters. This includes client management, application support as well as infrastructure support. The candidate needs to have excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong customer focus.
The applicant must be currently studying toward a recognised qualification in Information Technology / Information Systems.
This role amounts to $18,000 for Undergraduates and Postgraduates working 38 hours a week for 6 months.
