About you: 

 

 

  • Demonstrated expertise in Digital products and services 
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and work alongside team members.
  • Engaged, resilient and adaptable - striving for creativity whilst maintaining project delivery requirements.
  • Undertaking a tertiary degree course in a relevant discipline.
  • Ideally but not mandatory, a mix of business and technical studies/experience.
  • Willingness to ask questions and escalate problems where appropriate.
  • A passion for using information technology and an eagerness to obtain practical experience within an innovative, inclusive and supportive work environment 

 

 

 

About the role: 

 

 

As a Digital Delivery Consultant in the Data and Digital Advisory Section, you will primarily contribute to delivering Digital services for both external clients and internal Jacobs’s business units. 

This role will comprise of two aspects – digital delivery in the production of designs and solutions to solve clients’ problems and work within the Data and Digital Advisory Section to design, deliver and develop Digital Solutions for our clients.

You will learn, consider, and work with all aspects of Digital Delivery, including people, process, technology, data, and governance. Ultimately the Digital Delivery Consultant role will entail providing strategic and tactical advice to enable clients to fulfill their business objectives. 

 

 

Required Skills / Knowledge:  

 

  • A drive to learn about different Digital products and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and learn from other team members.
  • Engaged, resilient and adaptable - striving for creativity whilst maintaining project delivery requirements.
  • Undertaking a tertiary degree course in a relevant discipline.
  • Ideally but not mandatory, a mix of business and technical studies/experience
  • A love for technology and solving problems
  • Love to learn about new ways of doing things
  • Basic coding skills

 

 

Desired Skills / Knowledge:   

 

  • Experience with coding languages Python and R am advantage
  • Awareness and a desire to learn Azure and AWS
  • Experience with Power BI
  • A digital presence and an awareness of the technology landscape
  • Experience with spatial mapping systems
  • Experience with Unity

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Working towards an Australian University Degree  

 

 

 

This Internship amounts to  $17,000 tax-free at full-time hours or $8,500 tax-free at part-time hours for an Undergraduate.
