Responsibilities
The ACS Foundation is looking for a part-time IT Support Intern to join their team based in Sydney, NSW. You will be working for 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for some days.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:-
Assisting in IT support and the resolution of technical issues, whether in-person or remotely.
Responsible for the Microsoft Office 365 domain management, inclusive of but not limited to: administration and security protocols, and user configuration.
Design and maintain datasets within Microsoft Excel to guide strategic, analytical decision-making processes.
Support database management and moderation through continuous monitoring and the development of SQL queries.
Contribute to web development, including the designing and coding of new webpages using the WIX platform to optimise mobile and desktop presentation.
Assist with systems integration projects to help streamline workflow processes.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications
Must be studying towards an ICT-related degree at an Australian university.
Desired Attributes
Ideally experienced with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
General knowledge on programs, such as but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and SQL.
Basic understanding of IT principles.
An eagerness to learn.
Comfortable with adopting new, unfamiliar technologies.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and technology.
This role is for 12 months, with the possibility of a further extension.
