Tech Support Internship

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Intern to join our IT & Projects team at our O’Connor location, with the core focus of providing internal support for all IT-related matters. This includes application support, Identifying and escalating hardware/software defects, hardware upgrades, new installs, and auditing/documenting processes and procedures.

  • Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations

  • Ability to communicate clearly and liaise with internal and external resources

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Calm and logical approach to problem-solving and issue resolution

  • Good team player

You must be close to completing a recognised qualification in Information Technology / Computer Science / Networking
