Technical Support Level 1 Graduate Role

Role Description
We’re looking for a technical support agent to support our customers in trouble shooting issues in using the Hills range of CCTV and security technologies. This role will support customers over the phone during regular hours, with some weekend/late hours may be needed.
As a member of the technical support team, you will deliver quality technical assistance and customer support by being a single point of contact to report, diagnose, and solve problems reported by customers.


Role Responsibilities

  • Conducting 1st level support and troubleshooting user issues to resolution
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of CCTV and Security technologies
  • A professional customer centric demeanor and presentation
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Inventory systems and basic CRM software.
  • Quickly learn new products and features and being able to train customers over the phone as well as diagnose issues.
  • Control issue tracking with CRM applications (Salesforce)
  • Maintain a commitment to Hills Workplace Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Performs any other duties which you are capable of performing, as required by the company.

    Qualifications

    To be eligible for this role, the candidate must be a technical graduate from a degree at an Australian University (must not have graduated earlier than 2016).


    The salary for this role will be $41,920 including superannuation per annum for 12 months(full-time).
