Due to continued growth, we are offering an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their business career in Corporate Services.  This role will develop your corporate skills from ground zero. You will be an integral Corporate Services team member assisting with branding, marketing, communication and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, events and business initiatives across the organisation.

• Create and schedule social media content, assist with blogs, case studies, internal communications and other marketing collateral.

• Maintain website content, assist with email marketing campaigns and support the ongoing management of digital marketing channels.

• Coordinate marketing administration, including project trackers, marketing calendars, digital assets, branded merchandise and supplier relationships.

• Assist with the coordination of client, partner and internal events, including registrations, logistics, collateral and on-site support.

• Develop and maintain marketing templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to support continuous improvement.

• Provide general marketing support across partner marketing initiatives, business development activities and other projects as required.

Required skills and experience:

• 1-2 years of marketing experience, including internships or graduate roles.

• Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office.

• Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Mailchimp (desirable).

Outside of experience, we are looking for someone that demonstrates these key people-centred skills;

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach to working with others

• Demonstrate initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Creative, with good interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a desire to seek out knowledge and learn
