Due to continued growth, we are offering an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their business career as an Analyst and Service Management Intern. You will be part of the Service Management team working on Triage service requests.

The role responsibilities will include;

Perform billable tasks in project management, business analysis as and when required
Triage service requests including response and problem solving within SLA's
Provide regular verbal and written communications regarding status, service impacts, risks, issues, recommendations for remediation or changes
Undertake documentation activities such as client wikis, user guides, training guides
Follow ITIL processes and best practice approaches
Escalate and describe issues and opportunities clearly where required to the Service Delivery Manager
Apply business and technical knowledge to minimise MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve)
Support and drive detailed root cause analysis of production issues (as P1-P4), work with the SDM and teams to address remediation
Manage Planned changes (as P5) arising from Problem, Change or Service Request
Identify and promote opportunities for application tuning, optimisation and improvements

Required skills and competencies:

Possess a pro-active and positive attitude with a strong commitment to deliver results

Strong analytical skills, and experience with Power BI
Skilled in escalation handling and setting expectations

You must be studying toward a degree in Computer Science / Business Information Systems / Management Information Systems or similar
