About the Role

As an Intern, you will apply your 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor of Science or Engineering coursework to a variety of focused hands-on projects. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Agilent's industry, infrastructure and products in your assignment. This is developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.

  • You will become familiar with Agilent product lifecycles and processes in relation to Product Support field documentation.

  • Gain technical or scientific knowledge and product expertise to help create support materials including how to and service procedures for field teams worldwide.

  • Work collaboratively with multiple team members from different departments, to gather required technical information when required. Liaise with experienced field team members for peer reviews of the materials created.

  • Ensure all collaterals created are relevant and version controlled.

  • Ensure all templates/forms used conform to internal processes and Agilent standards.

  • Be part of a team that creates an experience for our Agilent Field team to access the exact information when they need it and to enable support and product maintenance.


Desired Qualifications

  • Completion of 2nd or 3rd year at an accredited 4-year university required in Sciences or Engineering.

  • Adequate Interpersonal skills -- building working relationships, flexibility, assertiveness

  • Highly self-regulated and motivated

  • Excellent communication skills -- written and oral

  • Willingness to learn quickly and autonomously

  • Preferred: ยท Experience with Microsoft Office and video editing tools. Familiarity with CAD editing tools such as Siemens NX Teamcenter is helpful.
