We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to support the design and development of our SharePoint-based project site. You’ll also assist with improving training materials and user documentation to help our teams access the right tools and information throughout the Rostering Time, Attendance and Payroll (RTAP) Project implementation.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the RTAP Project Manager to design, structure, and build a SharePoint intranet site to support project communications and training.
Upload, format, and maintain training content, FAQs, quick reference guides, and templates on the site.
Collaborate with the project functional leads to improve the presentation and usability of existing materials.
Assist in standardising and organising site content to ensure consistent look, feel and navigation.
Provide feedback and ideas to improve user experience and drive engagement.
Desired Skills:
Interest in web/intranet design, content management, or SharePoint (prior experience is a plus but not required).
Strong attention to detail, written communication skills and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working independently and with a team in a professional setting.
Bonus: Experience with Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
