Clough - Business Management Office Coordinator - Internship

Clough is an engineering and project services contractor servicing the Energy, Minerals, Water, Infrastructure and Power markets across Australia, Africa, Europe, Middle East and North America.

In this role, you will work closely with Clough’s VP-IS and several project managers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively while fulfilling the objectives of the company and its clients.

Role and Responsibilities include:

  • Rollout of Project Management methodology across all IS projects – including project status reporting and collation of lessons learned;
  • Committee Secretary for all IS Committees and Project Board meetings;
  • Assist in maintaining Governance framework, ensuring compliance to core processes and procedures;
  • Financial processing and management including budgeting, invoicing and procurement;
  • Administrative support for Clough VP Information Systems including diary management, minute taking, and meeting scheduling;
  • Accurate and timely internal and customer-facing reporting; and
  • Maintenance of intranet pages and team portals.

Required Skills:

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in project support and coordination will be an advantage
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and MS Office environments
  • Good team player

You must be studying toward a recognised qualification in Information Technology / Information Systems
