The WIL Scholarship program is Australia's strategic ICT internship placement service.  It is administered by the ACS Foundation.  The Process is as follows:

  1. Find Your Student

  2. Host Your Internship

  3. Strategically Recruit

Choose your experience

Find Your Intern

Step 1

Tell the ACS Foundation about the type of IT Intern you are seeking as part of your team

Step 2

Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the ACS Foundation

Step 3

The ACS Foundation matches candidates for your role

Step 4

The ACS Foundation organises interviews with your preferred student candidate(s)

Step 5

Inform the ACS Foundation of the student candidate you want

Step 6

Student signs a contract with the ACS Foundation to be hosted at your company

Foundation Jobs Placement

Step 7

Host the student

within your team

at your chosen workplace 

Step 8

The ACS Foundation manages the logistics, payments, insurance, and industry credit 

Step 9

Decide if you would like to finish, extend or hire the student 

Grow Your Workforce

Step 10

Secure the student as a graduate employee before everyone else. Pay no conversion fee.
