Role Description

Goodman Fielder is a food company that employs over 5,500 people with annual sales of over $2BN. We have over 50 sites in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, New Caledonia, and other Pacific Islands.  We also have a growing presence in Hong Kong, Singapore, The Philippines and China.

We manufacture, package, distribute, market, and sell a wide range of food products including bread, milk, cheese, chicken, flour, oils, spreads, baking ingredients, ice creams, and snacks. We produce iconic brands across each of our markets.

As our business continues to grow our IT department is adapting and changing to these new opportunities. We see engagement and development of the next generation of Information Technology professionals as one of the ways that will help us develop.


We are looking to engage an undergraduate IT Project Analyst/Admin to:

  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to analyse their requirements, and support the delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Analyse data to identify the implications of new/changed business requirements.
  • Support and learn from experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers; participating in workshops, documenting ‘whiteboard’ outcomes, taking minutes, etc.
  • Work with developers and testers to ensure appropriate understanding and successful delivery of agreed solution
  • Assist with system testing to ensure developed solution meets requirements
  • Provide support to business users during user acceptance testing.

Must be currently studying for an Information Technology or Business Information Systems degree at an Australian University.


The scholarship amounts to $38,000 tax-free for undergraduates or $42,000 tax-free for postgraduates at 12-months full-time (Mon-Friday).
