Zetta are looking for a Shared Service Desk Undergraduate / Graduate to join us on a six-month scholarship opportunity. Reporting to the Customer Assurance Manager, this opportunity will see you working full time, 40 hours per week (job sharing options considered) commencing as soon as possible.
This role has the combined requirement of delivering Customer Service Excellence, via phone, email, direct interaction or via other approved communications mediums
On completion of your scholarship, there may be the opportunity to move into full time employment with Zetta.
After completing training with your mentor, this role will see you -
We’re seeking an individual who is passionate about people, has good customer service skills and is highly motivated to learn new IT skills and technologies.

Qualifications – Australian University Degree
Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or similar.
This scholarship amounts to $18,000 tax free for an Undergraduate working 6 months full-time 5 days a week for 40 hours.
