Plus Pumps are seeking a highly analytical and creative Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. The Autism Academy for Software Quality Assurance (AASQA) at Curtin University is an Australian social innovation initiative that harnesses the unique talents of people on the autism spectrum through outreach, education, and work-integrated learning. The AASQA internship program, in partnership with industry and the ACS Foundation, provides meaningful pathways from study to employment in technology and business sectors.

Key Responsibilities;

Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Meta, and X. Create compelling content, monitor social media trends, and analyze campaign performance.
Video Creation: Produce high-quality marketing videos for use on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. This includes conceptualizing, filming, editing, and optimizing videos for different platforms.
Attending our operations on sites across the Regional Mining Industry, and operate drones and cameras in these locations.
Software Consolidation & Data Management: Assist in the consolidation and integration of our software systems, including HubSpot and SimPro. Update and maintain internal databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Website Analytics: Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools. Identify trends, analyze user behaviour, and provide insights to improve website performance and user experience.
AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts, streamline business processes, and gain a competitive edge.

Experience / Skills required;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Experience with video editing software is a plus.
Knowledge of HubSpot, SimPro, or other CRM/ERP systems is desirable.
A strong interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in business.

You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
