Role Overview
The Graduate Service Desk Analyst will provide first-level IT support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and excellent customer service. This role involves handling support calls and tickets, troubleshooting problems, managing IT assets, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming support calls, emails, and service tickets.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Log and track all incidents and requests in ServiceNow.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to second-level support teams.
Assist with IT asset management, including inventory updates and equipment allocation.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes and resolutions.
Deliver a high standard of customer service and communicate effectively with users.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service desk.
Required Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of IT concepts (hardware, software, networking).
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Required General Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear language.
Active listening skills to understand user needs effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Commitment to delivering high-quality support and service.
You must be studying toward a post-graduate qualification related to Information Systems/ Information Technology/ Management Information Systems or similar
