Position Description

As a software tester, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You'll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Development of test cases based on requirement specifications and user stories.

• Assistance to business analysts with development of user stories.

• Working with the Quality Assurance Lead to select and implement automated testing tools.

• Implementation of automated tests.

• Develop user and technical documentation

• Other duties as directed by management

• Be aware and familiar with our Quality Management System and conduct all activities in accordance with the Quality Management System at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven working experience in providing quality assurance services

• Proficiency in English

• Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Must be currently undertaking a university undergraduate or postgraduate course.
