As part of our series of 'Australia's Technology Heroes', we are pleased to profile Australia's First Astronaut. In 1984 Paul Scully Power boarded the Challenge space shuttle and became Australia's first astronaut. This year, Paul turns 80 and we look back and celebrate the achievements that he made, the fields of study he explored and the careers that he inspired.

Happy Birthday Paul, from the ACS Foundation.
